This 2 Day White Water Rafting on the Zambezi River is an interesting trip as you get to go white water Rafting on the world’s longest river, the Zambezi.
This adventure is a must-do since it includes various activities, including a waterfall tour, white water rafting, fishing, and camping.
You will meet the trip leader the night before the trip, who will give you a briefing and advice on what to pack and wear. We usually tell our clients to wear long shorts and shirts, and we also urge them to bring water bottles with them since we have water to replace them when they run out.
The trip starts at Victoria Falls. You will receive the rafting gear after the safety briefing, during which you will learn the dos and don’ts of the trip (helmet, life jacket, and paddles).
The tour begins when you float through the tenth and last rapid, sometimes known as the “gnashing jaws of death,” on the Zambezi River. At this point, you will stop for lunch. After lunch, we’ll keep rafting rapid 21, also known as Bbob Camp, where the camp is put up.
When you arrive, the locals will greet you with a smile. They will take you on a campsite tour and let you pick the tent of your choice.
While you wait for dinner, the bar will be open to you, and you will have the companionship of your friendly guides.
It’s an opportunity to explore the Zambezi River’s natural surroundings, witness the sun sets, gather around a fire, and share African-style stories.
As you decamp, do a village tour to learn about the traditions of the Africans living in that village, including their norms, values, way of life, what they eat, and food preparation methods.

Detailed Itinerary – 2 Days Zambia Safari – White Water rafting on the Zambezi shores
You’ll be picked up from your hotel or place of residence Livingstone.
Before we leave for the trip, you will next participate in the safety briefing and sign your indemnification form.
You will receive your rafting gear (buoyancy jacket, helmet, and paddle.)
Then we will descend the gorge to the rafts that are waiting there.
Prior to the start of the rafting trip, the guides will assign rafts and give you the last technical instructions.
Dinner is given in the Batoka Gorge once the tent has been set up.
You will hike up the gorge at the conclusion of the trip. Allow yourself some time. You can get assistance from our guides.
After that, we’ll take a trip back to Livingstone. On the way home, we’ll make a stop to see a nearby village. We might encounter wild animals if we’re fortunate.
You will be transported to the appropriate lodging.
